Sara Truffer Head of Human Resources

Sara Truffer is Head of Human Resources at our Zurich office and joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2024. After completing a commercial apprenticeship at a law and notary firm and subsequently working as a legal assistant, she gained relevant professional experience in various Human Resources roles across different industries. Sara Truffer rounded off this practical experience with training as a certified Human Resources specialist with a federal diploma and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Employer Branding.
