Sunrise Communications acquires Lebara Switzerland

On July 1, 2013, Sunrise Communications AG successfully closed the acquisition of Lebara GmbH, Zurich, from Lebara Group BV, for an undisclosed consideration. Lebara GmbH is a leading provider of mobile prepaid services with a focus on low cost tariffs for international calls from Switzerland.
