Webinar – The EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation: Companies doing business in Switzerland
On October 12, 2023, the new notification obligations for large concentrations and public procurement tenders falling under the European Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) will enter into force. The FSR affects Swiss companies and foreign groups operating in Switzerland likewise. In light of the broad definition of subsidy (including e.g. tax benefits, grants, loans, guarantees) companies should start preparing for the implementation of the FSR.
