Julius Rogenhofer is an associate based at our Zurich office, where he is a member of the Banking and Finance practice group. His practice covers a range of finance and structured finance transactions, including securitization, real estate-backed funding structures as well as syndicated-, leveraged- and asset-based financings. He also has experience with derivatives and trusts structures.
