Mathilde Claeyssens Assistant

Mathilde Claeyssens is a legal assistant in our Geneva office. Before joining Lenz & Staehelin in 2014, she worked for three years as a receptionist and then as a legal assistant at another prominent law firm in Geneva. Prior to that, she studied Classics for nine years, obtaining a BA in Ancient History followed by an MA in Classical Archaeology. During this time, she worked as an assistant to the archaeological conservator at the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire in Geneva. She also worked at the Musée d'Archéologie Nationale in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, while spending a year at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. She has also taken part in several archaeological excavations, particularly in Greece and Syria.
