3i sells its stake in Pilatus Aircraft Ltd

UK FTSE-listed private equity group 3i has sold its stake in the Swiss aircraft manufacturer Pilatus Aircraft Ltd to the family-owned conglomerate IHAG Holding AG for an undisclosed purchase price. Pilatus is the world market leader in the production of single-engine turboprop aircraft.
