Acquisition of a prestigious building in Geneva by NBAD Private Bank

Lenz & Staehelin represented NBAD Private Bank (Suisse) SA in the acquisition from Guineu Immobles Suisse SA of a property located Quai de l'Île 5 in the center of Geneva which the Bank previously occupied as tenant. The transaction closed on November 12, 2009, for a purchase price of CHF 29 million.
