Acquisition of Fly Suisse subsidiaries by Conforama

Conforma recently acquired nineteen Fly Suisse subsidiaries, both companies active in the sale of furniture. Lenz & Staehelin advised Conforama in the acquisition of Fly Suisse subsidiaries and is now aiding Conforama in a post-acquisition restructuring including the transformation of some of the Fly Suisse subsidiaries into either Lipo or Conforama points of sale. The principal services currently rendered by Lenz & Staehelin consist essentially in the fusion of Conforama SA and GRS Holding SA which detains all shares of Fly Suisse.
