Allfunds agrees to acquire Credit Suisse InvestLab

The Allfunds Group – one of the world’s leading WealthTech companies and a portfolio company of the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman – has agreed to acquire Credit Suisse InvestLab, an open architecture investment fund platform, from Credit Suisse. 

The transaction requires various regulatory approvals, including, in Switzerland, by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and the Swiss Competition Commission.
