Altitude Investment Management invests in KannaSwiss

On 17 July 2019, the parties successfully completed the transaction by which Altitude Investment Management, LLC, a New York based investment company having made multiple investments in the cannabis industry, acquired a minority stake in KannaSwiss AG through the subscription and purchase of shares in the company. KannaSwiss is Europe's leading CBD producer and on the forefront of the emerging CBD extraction business.
