Authorization of Source Schweiz GmbH as new distributor of collective investment schemes

Lenz & Staehelin acted as legal advisor to Source Schweiz GmbH in connection with its registration and authorization by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to act as distributor of collective investment schemes in Switzerland.
