BKW sells its 10% participation in Groupe E

On December 19, 2016, Groupe E has entered into an agreement with BKW about the disposal by BKW of its 10% participation in Groupe E. The shares were purchased by Groupe E (buy-back) as well as institutional investors. In parallel, Groupe E maintains its participation of 10% in BKW. The parties have agreed to keep the value of the transaction undisclosed.
