Commerzbank successfully completes the disposal of its Swiss private banking unit Dresdner Bank (Schweiz) AG to LGT Group

On December 1, 2009 Commerzbank has successfully completed the sale of Dresdner Bank (Schweiz) AG to the Liechtenstein-based LGT Group for an undisclosed purchase price. Dresdner Bank (Switzerland) AG is to be fully integrated into LGT Bank (Switzerland) AG in February 2010.
