Emmi acquires Hochstrasser

The SIX-listed Swiss dairy specialist Emmi Group acquires the renowned Lucerne-based coffee roaster Hochstrasser AG. The acquisition will boost Emmi’s coffee expertise and the innovative strength of its iconic Emmi Caffè Latte brand.

Lenz & Staehelin advised and represented Emmi Group in this transaction with regard to the merger control proceedings before the Swiss Competition Commission.
