Emmi acquires Mademoiselle Desserts

The SIX-listed Swiss dairy specialist Emmi Group acquires the French Mademoiselle Desserts Group, a specialist in innovative premium patisserie. This transaction, valued at approximately EUR 900m and the biggest in Emmi's history to date, enables the Emmi Group to continue to expand its market presence in the premium desserts category as part of its proven strategy and focused internationalization.
