EQT acquires Nestlé Skin Health
On October 2, 2019, a consortium led by EQT and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) acquired from Nestlé SA the Nestlé Skin Health division (Galderma) for a value of CHF 10.2 billion.
