ESSEMTEC sold to Nano Dimension

Lenz & Staehelin is advising the selling shareholders of ESSEMTEC AG in the sale of all shares in ESSEMTEC AG and its subsidiaries to Nasdaq-listed Nano Dimension Ltd. ESSEMTEC is a developer and producer of highly flexible SMT (surface mount technology) pick-and-place equipment headquartered in Aesch, Switzerland, with subsidiaries in Germany and the United States.
