Felfel AG to acquire Snäx Business

Felfel AG has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business of Snäx AG, a start-up company in the field of smart fridges (established in Migros' start-up incubator Sparrow Ventures). The transaction closed in December 2022.
