Gyrus Capital to acquire Consulcesi Group alongside founder and management
Gyrus Capital alongside founders and management, has agreed to acquire the Consulcesi Group, a leading provider of Continuous Medical Education (CME), digital marketing, data analytics and legal services to the healthcare industry.
Consulcesi addresses the increasing needs for digitalisation within the healthcare industry and offers a unique, integrated solution bridging the gap between healthcare companies and healthcare professionals. Leveraging its industry know-how, Consulcesi will pursue growth through the acquisition and integration of specialist CME content developers with the ambition of becoming the leading pan-European provider of CME content. Consulcesi is headquartered in Balerna, Switzerland, with offices across Europe and employs around 650 full time employees.
