In-depth merger investigation of ComCo of Joint Venture between AZ Medien and NZZ-Mediengruppe

Today, the Swiss Competition Commission (WEKO) announced to examine in depth the proposed merger between AZ Medien and NZZ-Mediengruppe for their respective regional media businesses.
