Inaugural syndicated financing for Gurit Holding AG

The Gurit Group, a leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced composite materials, has successfully refinanced its existing financings. The refinancing consists of a syndicated financing in an amount of CHF 120 million and is Gurit's inaugural syndicated financing.
