Incorporation of the City Cancer Challenge Foundation

Lenz & Staehelin assisted the International Union against Cancer ("UICC") in the setting up and incorporation in January 2019 in Geneva of the City Cancer Challenge Foundation ("Foundation") and the transfer of the City Cancer Challenge activities launched in 2017 by UICC from the latter to the Foundation.

City Cancer Challenge is a major global multi-stakeholder initiative supporting cities to take the lead in the design, planning and implementation of cancer treatment solutions.
