Investor group led by SME Equity Partners and Co-Investor Partners acquires Promedical

As recently announced, a group of investors led by SME Equity Partners and Co-Investor Partners has acquired Promedical AG, one of the leading Swiss suppliers of medical consumables and surgery kits. This transaction allowed the family owners to successfully conclude their succession planning. Under the family's entrepreneurial leadership, Promedical AG has grown to become one of the top Swiss destinations for medical consumables over the past three decades. The new owners aim at further developing the company at its location in Glarus into a leading, integrated solution provider in the Swiss healthcare sector.
