Kartesia supports the global expansion of Symbios

Kartesia, a leading European provider of financing solutions for small and mid-sized companies, has provided a flexible secured debt financing package to support Symbios Orthopédie SA in its ambitious growth strategy. Symbios is a Swiss based world-leading medical technology company specializing in patient-specific orthopaedic hip and knee implants.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Kartesia on all Swiss tax, financing and corporate aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Andreas Rötheli (Corporate) and Floran Ponce (Tax), and included senior associates Isy Isaac Sakkal (Finance) and Federico Trabaldo Togna (Corporate).
