La Vaudoise Group acquires 20% in SEG Suisse Estate Group SA

On December 16, 2021, La Vaudoise Group announced the acquisition of a strategic 20% stake in the holding company SEG Suisse Estate Group SA, listed on the Berne Stock Exchange, through its subsidiary Vaudoise Asset Management. The main shareholders of SEG keep collectively the majority of the shares.

SEG's main subsidiary Procimmo SA, regulated by FINMA, manages CHF 3.5 billion of real estate assets. This commitment aims at strengthening La Vaudoise Group's already strong strategic position in the management of third parties' real estate assets.
