Lenz & Staehelin advised Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in IT restructurings

Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) and IBM signed a USD 460 million, 5-year services agreement for IBM to transform BCV's Information Technology infrastructure for which BCV was advised by Lenz & Staehelin.

Lenz & Staehelin also advised BVC in establishing a joint venture company together with the state bank of Zurich (Zürcher Kantonalbank) for operation of the IT and back office service center for both banks.

Lenz & Staehelin's team comprised Guy Vermeil, Lukas Morscher, David Ledermann and Martin Vonaesch.
