Lenz & Staehelin advised British Telecom in its acquisition of assets from Infonet/Swisscom

British Telecom (BT) acquired from Swisscom certain assets of their Swiss-based joint venture Infonet Switzerland Ltd. for an undisclosed purchase price. In exchange BT sold its minority stake in Infonet to Swisscom. The transaction closed on November 30, 2007.

BT is a leading telecommunications group listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
