Lenz & Staehelin advised Henniez and the Rouge family on the sale of Henniez to Nestlé

Lenz & Staehelin advised Sources Minérales Henniez SA and the Rouge family on the sale of the Henniez group to Nestlé Suisse SA and the subsequent public takeover offer for the remaining shares of the company.

The transaction was announced on 4 September 2007 and Sources Minérales Henniez SA was valued at about CHF 155 million.

The legal team of Lenz & Staehelin was led by Jacques Iffland and Benoît Merkt (Swiss merger filing) and included Marie Berney, Olivier Riesen and Christel Seurat.
