Lenz & Staehelin advised on the restructuring of the Harwanne group

Lenz & Staehelin advised Harwanne Compagnie de participations industrielles et financières SA, Afipa SA and Holdivar SA on a reorganisation of the Harwanne group which resulted in Harwanne absorbing its controlling shareholders Afipa and Holdivar through two parallel reverse mergers while at the same time adopting a single-class share structure.

The transaction was announced on 30 April 2008.

The legal team of Lenz & Staehelin was led by Jacques Iffland and Guy Vermeil and included Jérôme Jotterand, Marie Berney and Frédéric Neukomm (Tax).
