Lenz & Staehelin advised Société Foncière Financière et de Participations – FFP (Peugeot Group) on the investment in DKSH Holding AG

Lenz & Staehelin advised Société Foncière Financière et de Participations – FFP, the industrial and financial holding of the Peugeot Group, in its investment in DKSH Holding AG, a Swiss company specialized in services to companies in view of their expansion on the South East Asia markets.

DKSH acquired outstanding shares and subscribed to a share capital increase for a total amount of approximately EUR 80 million.
