Lenz & Staehelin advises Sika in connection with planned takeover by Saint-Gobain

Lenz & Staehelin is advising the Board of Directors of SIX-listed Sika AG on all legal matters in connection with the planned takeover of Sika by Compagnie de Saint-Gobain. In this context, Lenz & Staehelin also handles the proceedings before the Takeover Board as well as the litigation proceedings before the ordinary courts of the canton of Zug.
