Lenz & Staehelin advises Swiss Post in relation to joint venture with La Poste

On July 9, 2012, Swiss Post and La Poste announced the completion of their worldwide 50/50 joint venture with respect to their respective cross-border mail activities (excluding import and export services in France and Switzerland). The joint-venture had been approved by the Swiss Competition Commission and by the EU Commission subject to commitments.
