Mansford sold to Swisscanto Anlagestiftung four buildings of the A-ONE Business Center in Rolle (Phase II)

Lenz & Staehelin represented the Mansford group, a European multi-strategy real estate private investment group, in the sale of four buildings of the A-ONE Business Center to Swisscanto Anlagestiftung (Phase II). The purchase price was CHF 92 million. The transaction closed on March 6, 2009.

The team of Lenz & Staehelin was led by Guy Vermeil (corporate) and Daniel Schafer (tax). It included Anil Nair (corporate) and Paolo Cavargna (tax).
