Lenz & Staehelin acted as lead counsel to the MKS PAMP GROUP – a leading provider of refining, supplying and trading of precious metals – in connection with a strategic investment in APMEX, a leading online precious metals retailer active in the United States. Our team advised MKS PAMP GROUP in all corporate, finance and tax Swiss law aspects and coordinated the transaction with US and UK counsels.
