Myllykoski Corporation sold Papierfabrik Utzenstorf to Management

Myllykoski Corporation, one of the largest paper producers in the world, has sold Papierfabrik Utzenstorf AG to the company's current management. The Utzenstorf mill has an annual capacity of 210,000 tonnes newsprint grades. The transaction closed on June 24, 2009.
