Nordic BioSite Group to Acquire LubioScience

On September 11, 2023, Nordic BioSite Group, a portfolio company of Adelis Equity Partners, announced that it has acquired LubioScience GmbH, the fastest growing life science distributor in Switzerland. This acquisition is an important step towards Nordic BioSite Group's ambition to provide exceptional distribution services across Europe.
