Olivier Métraux sells his minority stake in Swiss Automotive Group (SAG)

On October 9, 2020 was completed the sale by Mr. Olivier Métraux of his minority stake in Swiss Automotive Group (SAG) to Mr. Sandro Piffaretti for an undisclosed consideration. SAG is one of the largest suppliers in the independent automotive spare parts industry in Europe, with an annual turnover of more than CHF 1.1 billion and more than 4,000 employees.
