Placement of Crayon shares by SoftwareONE Holding AG

Lenz & Staehelin advised SoftwareONE Holding AG as selling shareholder on a sale of 4.4 million shares in the Norwegian listed company Crayon Group Holding ASA (listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange). The shares sold by SoftwareONE correspond to approximately 5% of Crayon’s share capital. The sale was effected pursuant to a block trade by way of an accelerated book build. The transaction closed on April 7, 2022. Credit Suisse AG and Carnegie AS acted as Managers.
