Public Tender Offer for Charles Vögele Holding AG

On December 12, 2016, Sempione Retail AG issued the definitive notice of the end result of its public tender offer for all publicly held shares of Charles Vögele Holding AG and announced that, subject to the satisfaction of all offer conditions, the settlement is expected to occur on December 16, 2016.
