Rights Offering of GAM Holding AG

On November 15, 2024, GAM Holding AG, a company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange under ticker symbol GAM, completed its capital increase and rights offering with net proceeds of approximately CHF 98.2 million. The proceeds from the offering will be used to repay amounts outstanding under a loan facility granted by Rock Investments SAS and any residual amount will be used for general corporate purposes.

GAM Holding is an independent and global asset management firm headquartered in Zurich, with a presence in 13 countries. Its two core activities are the investment management and wealth management business.
