Rights offering of SIX Swiss Exchange-listed LECLANCHE SA

Lenz & Staehelin advised Bank am Bellevue as lead manager in the rights offering of LECLANCHE SA (SIX Swiss Exchange: LECN), a leading provider for electric storage solutions based on large format Lithium Ion technology. The rights offering was combined with an offering of SIX Swiss Exchange listed warrants to investors participating in the right offering.
