On October 18, 2012, Kayone Holdings Sàrl sold Genbergues 6 SA to a newly incorporated special purpose vehicle owned by a private investor. Genbergues 6 SA, the target company, is the owner of the buildings at Quai des Bergues rented out to HSBC.
