Sale of LK International AG to Panthera Holdings Limited

On July 3, 2019, LK International AG, the holding company of the sportswear and sporting goods brand KJUS, was acquired by Panthera Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acushnet Holdings Corp., for an undisclosed consideration.
