Sale of Sanavena GmbH to Accarda Ltd

On June 12, 2013, Accarda Ltd, Brüttisellen and the shareholders of Sanavena GmbH, Thalwil, successfully closed the acquisition by Accarda Ltd of all the shares of Sanavena GmbH, the holding company of the Loyalty Gift Card Business.
