Sensient Technologies Corporation sells Sensient Imaging Technologies SA to Sun Chemical

On 1 June 2020, Sensient Technologies Corporation (NYSE: SXT), a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and other specialty ingredients, entered into an agreement to sell its Swiss subsidiary, Sensient Imaging Technologies SA, a supplier of high quality digital inks, and certain other international assets related to the production of inks to Sun Chemical and its parent company, DIC Corporation.
