Stallergenes obtains revolving credit facility from UBS

Lenz & Staehelin represented Stallergenes Greer plc (Euronext: STAGR), a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in treatments for respiratory allergies, in connection with a new revolving credit facility provided by UBS Switzerland AG.
