TAG Aviation Group closes sale of its European MRO activities to Dassault Aviation

On 2 September 2019, TAG Aviation Group, a major maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider, and Dassault Aviation, a global leader in the design, development, sale and support of all types of aircrafts, successfully completed the sale and purchase of TAG Aviation's European maintenance activities, after all necessary authorizations have been obtained and the maintenance activities isolated from other business lines through separate asset transfers.
