Talentia Software acquires Swiss Addedo Group

Talentia Software Switzerland AG, the Swiss subsidiary of the French-based Talentia Software group, has acquired Addedo International AG and Addedo AG, both based in Zug, Switzerland, along with their subsidiaries. Addedo is an IT consultancy firm specialized in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) services and applications.

Talentia Software - a portfolio entity of Argos Soditic - is a leading international supplier of HR and finance software solutions. The group supports more than 3'600 customers in over 30 countries, ranging from SMEs to large international organizations. With this acquisition, Talentia Software is now present also in Switzerland, in addition to its presence in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece.
