Tetra Pak acquires eBeam lamps business from Comet

November 6, 2020. Tetra Pak has announced today that it acquires the eBeam development and manufacturing operations from SIX-listed Comet AG for an undisclosed consideration. This strategic transaction consolidates the development and manufacturing capabilities in Comet with Tetra Pak‘s long-established eBeam development and application engineering for food packaging. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the year.
