Tetra Pak acquires Miteco

Tetra Pak, the world leader in food processing and packaging solutions, acquired Swiss-based Miteco group from its shareholders for an undisclosed consideration. Miteco, established in 1982, is a leading provider of process solutions for soft drinks, fruit juices and liquid food.
